The McKinnon Basketball Association (MBA) administers the senior and junior basketball competitions in the Glen Eira, Bayside and Kingston areas. We grade teams into divisions comparable to strengths, we create the fixtures, and we manage and operate the competitions each week.

For our junior competition, registrations are managed by our local junior clubs in the area. To join a junior domestic team please contact one of the clubs listed here.

The MBA junior competition is conducted over two seasons each year: 

Summer Season runs during Terms 4 and 1

Winter Season runs during Terms 2 and 3

The MBA offers a wide range of competitions for junior players of all skill levels with boys and girls teams from our U8’s modified competition, all the way through to U20’s. Games are played at GESAC and a selection of local schools across Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Wednesday’s.
