Position Available: Big V Youth League Women Head Coach

The McKinnon Basketball Association (MBA) is accepting applications from qualified coaches for the role of McKinnon Cougars Youth Women’s Head Coach!

The successful applicant will have the ability to effectively lead the 2024 Big V Youth Women Division 1 Champions and our successful Youth Women’s program whilst having regard to the Club’s development pathway and the identification and nurturing of junior talent. The role will work collaboratively with our Champ Women’s Head Coach in guiding and implementing the philosophy, performance standards, culture and coaching strategies for these teams. 

In addition to technical capabilities, the successful applicant will have demonstrated high-level planning, communication and relationship skills and will be ready to foster an elite culture that promotes both success and player development.

This is an exciting opportunity for the Head Coach to lead this team as they participate in the Youth Qualification Tournament in February, with the goal to be promoted to the Championship Division.
